Workstream’s Commitment to ISO 9001

Workstream is committed to delivering high quality software to its customers. To demonstrate our commitment to quality, customer service and our willingness to work towards improving efficiency, we have contracted with the British Assessment Bureau to assist us to undertake certification to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. We will strive to achieve this certification in the coming six to eight weeks.

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for an organisation’s internal Quality Management System. It has been adopted by thousands of organizations world wide to better serve their customers. ISO 9001 encourages well defined and documented procedures to improve the consistency of an organisation’s output, replacing any current practices that are obsolete or inefficient and having procedures in place to immediately take corrective action should problems occur. Over time, this efficiency of process leads to fewer mistakes, and those that do occur, are caught early. A fundamental part of all ISO management standards is continual improvement, challenging us to strive to make improvements year on year.
